An eFoil (electric hydrofoil) is a surfboard with an underwater hydrofoil wing and electric motor. As the hydrofoil gains speed, it lifts the board above the water — flying, not surfing.

How It Works: battery powers the motor → propeller thrust → hydrofoil wing generates lift → you glide above the surface. The same physics as an airplane wing, underwater.
